Release date

The store lists CRACK as released on 26 Oct, 2026. Rafoli’s October 23 Steam post is more precise: the shift starts October 26 at 9:30 AM PT (5:30 PM CET). That post also said the game had passed 120,000 wishlists three days before launch.

The October 27 “out now” post confirms the game was on sale and that a launch-week 15% discount was running. Price numbers are on the price guide, because they are regional and dated. The announcement itself is on launch week.

Platforms

The store lists three platforms: Windows, macOS, and Linux. The October 27 launch post names the same three and says the game is playable on Steam Deck. There is no console edition. Developer and publisher are both Rafoli. The store page is the Steam app itself.

Hardware notes, including the 3 GB install size, are in system requirements.

Steam Deck

On October 28, 2026 the Steam Deck badge was Verified. Steam’s checks were the default controller configuration, glyphs that match the Deck, interface text that is legible, and a default configuration that stays performant.

A separate SteamOS category on the same page scored lower than the Deck badge. Open the store page again before you buy; Valve can change the badge.

Languages

The store marks English for full audio. The other interface languages are French, Italian, German, Spanish (Spain), Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish (Latin America), Traditional Chinese, Turkish, and Ukrainian.

Store features

On October 28 the store also listed Single-player, Multi-player, Co-op, Online Co-op, Steam Achievements (40), full controller support, DualShock and DualSense support, Steam Cloud, and Family Sharing. The age rating on the page is 0. Regional ratings include DEJUS 14 and Steam Germany 12.

A short FAQ that points at these pages is here. How four people share one egg is in co-op.
