October 23 post

The post is titled around 120,000 wishlists and a launch in three days. The dated claims inside it:

  • Launch on Steam on October 26 at 9:30 AM PT (5:30 PM CET).
  • Price $7.99, with 15% off during launch week.
  • Solo, or up to three friends.
  • The loop: every crack earns money, and money buys a better way to crack.
  • You start on the shell with basic tools and later use automated robots, explosives, and scaffolding.
  • Golf carts and explosives are in the launch build because players asked for them in comments during public development.
  • The lab has hidden doors, locked areas, multiple endings, 40 achievements including 5 hidden, and a speedrun leaderboard.
  • The questions the game names: who brought you here, and what is inside the egg.

The hidden-achievement count above belongs to the pre-launch announcement. For the current list, see achievements, where hidden names stay behind a spoiler toggle. Endings and the egg are on endings spoilers. The money loop is on core loop.

The post also points at Instagram (rafoli.dev), TikTok (@rafoli.game), and YouTube (@Rafolidev). Those are the same accounts linked from the Steam store page. They are the developer’s channels.

It says CRACK is officially out and 15% off, and that the launch discount ends in one week. The job description matches the store: a 1–4 player co-op incremental adventure, shift-based, tools that crack faster, playable on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Steam Deck. The sign-off is Rafoli, “see you in the lab.”

That Steam post embeds a YouTube preview, id ZnOFwgP6RI4. The same trailer plays on the homepage.

Prices from October 28, including the euro listing, are on the price guide. The Deck badge is on release and platforms.

Patches the same week

Launch-week updates include 1.0.31, 1.0.35, 1.0.36, 1.0.43, 1.0.53, and 1.1.0. Chill Mode and Offline Mode arrive in 1.0.43; 1.0.53 adds public lobbies and lowers several Work Order targets; 1.1.0 reworks inventory, scaffolding, and carts. Read patch notes for the changes, or the beginner guide for the first shift.

Built in public

Rafoli writes that every stage of development was posted online and that suggestions went into the build.
